Wedding & Event Planning

Our goal is to create intentional relationships with our clients to ensure we understand your needs to make your wedding perfect.

We offer three types of planning packages for our clients:

Elite Event Coordination $

25 hours

Event Coordination includes:

Initial meeting to book and interview clients.

Up to 13 hours of planning and communication between booking and the day before the event, including attendance at the final meetings with service vendors (caterer, venue, photographer, videographer DJ, as necessary).

Up to 2 hours for the wedding rehearsal.

Up to 10 hours on the day-of event, including travel time.

Elite will help you set up a budget and give you a list of tips, tools, and the perfect wedding vendors.  Elite will create a smooth day-of timeline and help with the entire planning schedule and process.    

 

Elite Partial Planning $$

50 hours

Partial Planning includes:

25 Additional Hours added to Event Coordination Package

Completely customized event planning  

Assist with booking and finding wedding vendors

Scheduling and Communication with wedding vendors

Planning the event layout or conducting site visits, help with the budget, etiquette, and design.  

We also help create invitations, design timelines, select and find decor, manage details, monthly planning meetings, reviewing contracts or anything else you may need.

 

Elite Full Service Planning $$$

100 hours

This package includes Partial Planning, plus:

Up to 50 additional hours of planning. 

An assistant with your Elite planner on the wedding day.

Elite Full Service Planning Packages will be custom quoted for your unique needs and type of special event.  Every detail will be covered so that you can enjoy your experience stress free.
